Complete the application to the best of your knowledge but it can be updated during the transaction if there is a correction that needs to be made.

The document checklist is a general list of the paperwork we will need to submit your loan to the bank for initial approval by an underwriter. The underwriter may specify other papers that are needed in order to issue final approval. Send the documents that are applicable and disregard the ones that are not.
